This shop is very busy. The two fellas in the office were personable and I like the waiting room space, much more comfy than other places. They leave cookies in my car with a thank you note each time (nice touch) and got me in and out quickly for my oil change. 24 hours out and I have oil leaking under my vehicle, unfortunately. Will have to run it back over on Monday to have them check it as I understand that they are not open on the weekend.

I really like H1. They are very trustworthy. Don't try to sell you on extras, and they leave it up to you as to what you want to do/not do. I worked with Manny, who is awesome, as my service advisor. Jonathan is also great. Really good folks and company.

They gave me a great price for my brake fluid and my wiper installation. They also have great customer service. The price they quoted me however for the transmission fluid was way too high ($490). I could go to jiffy lube and get it done for $250. Also one of their techs accidentally caused a spider crack in my windshield they said they will take care of the cost to get it fixed. I hope they stand by that. Will go back to them for somethings but not everything.

Update: To original review. They have given me the run around in regards to the windshield they cracked. They told me one thing and then another. My car has been with them since 8:30am this morning. When i called for an update at 4pm they said they were waiting on the windshield repair people and they couldnt give me a timeframe when they would arrive. They first told me they would take it to the dealership to get it fixed that way. If its not fixed by tomorrow i will be taking it elsewhere to get fixed. Will not be back! They also quoted me for the transmission fluid that was way too high ($490). I could go to jiffy lube and get it done for $250.

Always have had good courteous service at Honest 1! Yesterday I came for a 12 pm appointment for an oil change and was not checked out until 2:07. This was a bit disturbing since I heard an employee tell another woman who had to leave when he said it would probably 1 1/2 hours or so, that if she had made an appointment, she most likely would be out within an hour. But, again, the people are pleasant and the waiting room is comfortable.
