They replaced a headlight. The front desk young lady was professional and friendly. The technician was prompt.They all are awesome!

These guys are great! Called them last minute recently for something and they worked me in and fixed my car issue within an hour and at a very good price. Clean waiting room with wifi when I've had to wait a short time for maintenance in the past. Really appreciate having them nearby here in Fort Mill!

I was staying at a nearby hotel and had a dead battery at 6:00 a.m. Honest-1 was walking distance, and I was there when it opened at 7:30. The manager arranged for a technician and the shop vehicle to drive to my car and jump the battery. Drove back to shop, checked battery and purchased a new one. Service was superb, all personnel were attentive and caring to a distraught customer. I could not recommend Honest-1 more highly and have done so since.
