I have been a customer of Honest 1 since they joined the Fort Mill area after leaving a competitor. I have always had great service and this is one reason I keep coming back. However, after this last visit I could tell a change in customer service from a communication perspective and the quality of customer service from beginning to end. I noticed a lack in communication and keeping me informed on the status of the repair. Also, my main reason for questioning the quality of customer service would be when I was asked to park my car in another parking lot after I paid for my repair and picked up my vehicle. While getting my car serviced, I had to borrow a family members car to get back and fourth to work. It was a little bit of juggling in coordinating the drop off/pick up/switching on our end but we made it work. We were able to do so the first time with no problem by leaving one car in the parking lot after hours and switching. Once the car was returned a second time to get repaired, the job was done, I picked up my car and had to leave the loaner in the parking lot to be picked up by family. However, that was an issue for one service advisor after I told the guy who checked me out I would be leaving it for someone to pick up (he said no problem). Once my car was repaired, paid for and picked up, I was viewed as 'no longer being a customer' so I was asked to move my car to another parking lot. I didn't feel comfortable doing this but did anyways. Just to note - when my family member picked up the car in another parking lot, Honest-1 did not have a FULL parking lot of cars to be picked up or dropped off. I will have to give it second thoughts before I come back because it makes me wonder "How will I be viewed as a customer next time?"
