Yesterday I was traveling for business 2 hours away from my house when my check engine light came on in my car. Honest-1 was the closest garage so I pulled in and thank God I did. Jonathan was working the office and opened the doors 10 minutes early at 7:20am. He checked me in and was able to give me a diagnosis of my problems within an hour or so. It was terrible news, the engine in my car needed to be replaced. Jonathan asked if he could contact the local dealership for me with the VIN info to see if they had any recalls or warranties for the repairs. He said he would call me back as soon as he got off the phone with them. Like most, I had heard this several times from garages, but in this case Jonathan held to his word and was on top of everything for his customer. He contact the dealership, found out that my cars engine was under warranty for life, then called me back with the great, but terrible news. I went to pick up my car and Jonathan didn’t charge me anything for the diagnosis. Gave me the name of the representative I needed to speak with at the dealership and told me that he was expecting me. I went to the dealership and everything Jonathan said happened. They gave me a rental car until my car could be fixed and I didn’t have to pay a dime for the terrible news. Thank you Honest-1, and specifically Jonathan, for your great service! I really appreciate you taking care of your customer during a stressful situation while away from home!!!
