I brought sent my Jeep there to have a shifter cable replaced. Vehicle was towed over there. I had used them before for a few things on my Jeep and been very happy. However this time was a let down. When I got my Jeep back the back power windows did not work. Which I realized at 9 pm before a thunderstorm. So I had to track it down on my own. The plug for the switches that runs through the center console was not plugged in. The airbag sensor plug under the passenger seat was also not plugged in. I am also having trouble with the shifter being vague. And some other issues. Sadly I received poor quality work this time. It was a very disappointing experience as I have had good luck with them in the past. I called them to let them know and they were apologetic.
