Went for oil change & tire rotation for first time...satisfied with service and their recommendation. Will go back again.

I went in to look into a check engine light. I met with Austin the service advisor whom after the diagnostics said that the repairs needed will cost $2000 but he found out that my 2011 Audi q5 had a recall or an extended warantee that should take care of this issue for free at an Audi dealership. I called Audi and they denied my claim. I called Austin back and he emailed me the info about the recall/warantee and I emailed it to Audi which at that point they accepted it and agreed to fix the issue for no charge. I did take my car few days ago to another mechanic shop and they never mentioned that I can fix this for free, they only said that this will cost me $2000. They are called Honest-1 Auto Care and they were honest.

I had a great conversation with Austin (Service manager) regarding my 2006 Toyota 4 runner's future maintenance. I also had a great conversation with Evan Jones who inspected, changed oil and patched my tire. Nice man. I will go back to Honest-1 Auto care. Thank you

As always I was very satisfied with the work done, the courtesy of the staff and customer service. I have taken my vehicle there many times and I completely trust them to only recommend necessary work and to do a good job to my satisfaction. I had struts installed that were faulty but they went out of their way to correct the issue. I'm grateful to have a service station that I can trust and receive top notch customer service. Honest-1’s service was excellent! The free courtesy shuttle worked great for me; it gave me the opportunity to be at my office while my car was being serviced. The diagnostic detail report of what they found was helpful. I would recommend them to anyone needing their vehicle service.

I was told I needed fuel injectors, plugs, distributor wires etc and more. I gave the ok to complete the work. After $3700 worth of work I picked up the car and drove it a few miles to find out it was not running right. I took it back and they said I need a new distributor which involved removing the water pump etc. I okayed this service as well to the cost of $1200+. I finally picked up the car after waiting a few more days for parts and when I looked under the hood for what repairs were done I saw my fuel injector cover had been broken and had been attempted to be glued together! I talked to Jonathan the service tech and he said he will get me a new one. My question? Why was I not told about this before picking up my car? Were they trying to hide this? They call themselves Honest 1 Auto Care?
