I was told I needed fuel injectors, plugs, distributor wires etc and more. I gave the ok to complete the work. After $3700 worth of work I picked up the car and drove it a few miles to find out it was not running right. I took it back and they said I need a new distributor which involved removing the water pump etc. I okayed this service as well to the cost of $1200+. I finally picked up the car after waiting a few more days for parts and when I looked under the hood for what repairs were done I saw my fuel injector cover had been broken and had been attempted to be glued together! I talked to Jonathan the service tech and he said he will get me a new one. My question? Why was I not told about this before picking up my car? Were they trying to hide this? They call themselves Honest 1 Auto Care?
Mr. Dean, we had already discussed Honest-1 replacing the cracked injector cover prior to your review. We appreciate your business and the opportunity to help get your vehicle back on the road. We will call you when the replacement part arrives. Thanks.
