Gregg and Lora Leftwich have been franchise owners of Honest-1 Auto Care since 2014 and opened their first location in Charlotte, SC in July of 2015.
Gregg's background includes 28 years in global operations and world-class customer service in the Financial Print industry. He was perfectly poised for an industry switch with operations and customer service in mind, given the fact that he was born and raised in a family of automotive specialists.
Lora's background includes sales and customer service in the mortgage banking industry, as well as 25 years in education. She was also poised to make an industry switch with the customer family experience in mind.
Because they both had a background in the service industry, the family/female-friendly service model of Honest-1 Auto Care was a unique and perfect fit.
The main reason why both Gregg and Lora chose auto repair as their profession was because of what the business model of Honest-1 Auto Care included -an honest approach to an otherwise perceived dishonest industry. They embrace the opportunity to earn their customer's trust and build value using honest practices. After all, we all need services performed on our vehicles, why not engage honestly as a community.
Our newest location, Honest-1 Auto Care Fort Mill offers full-service auto care to customers in Fort Mill, SC and the surrounding areas. These services include, but are not limited to brakes, tires, alignments, tune-ups, suspension work, full diagnostics, engine and transmission replacements, and of course oil changes. We offer a comprehensive vehicle inspection during every oil change. We also supply the customer with both the current manufacturer's recommendations for their vehicle maintenance schedule as well as an update on the life of their tires, battery, engine and cabin air filters.
We are a recognized NAPA Auto Care Center that is staffed by both dealership and ASE-Certified technicians. Our technicians have a combined auto repair experience of more than 40 years and also hold high standards in Automobile Excellence. Our service team also has more than 4 decades of combined experience in providing exceptional customer service. This gives us a unique perspective on how customers wish to be treated, with honesty and respect. Last but not least, we are part of the "To The Rescue" Roadside Assistance program.
Our ownership team is made up of both males and females alike. We're a multi-generational, family-owned and operated business. We live, work and worship in the Fort Mill community and we're very excited that we are able to bring the Honest-1 Auto Care difference home.
