Very good atmosphere and good people

I used to take several cars to this location. And I always raved about it unfortunately that is now changed. Honest 1 no longer lives up to their name And should be avoided. I have never been so disappointed in this severe lack of customer service and how rude the service tech was this morning. My little sister is very young and naïve about cars. Which is why I told her to go to honest one for an oil change. Now I feel responsible for her getting scammed honest when lied about the price for the services she asked for and charged her more than double. When we spoke on the phone about it this morning, the lied about it, and then hung up on me. I certainly hope that calls are recorded, and that the owner of reviews the tapes and calls.

Jen, Matt, and Sam were all professional, courteous and like their name implies, honest. Fast, reliable service. Even picked me up and dropped me off. I’ll be back! P.S. 1st time visiting here. Had diagnostic done they gave very through report. Everyone we interacted with was knowledgeable and friendly. I would definitely return and recommend for any car care needs.

Had a quick car emergency this morning. Was recommended to go here from my sister who lives in Fort Mill. Called with not their normal request/need. Man said to come in & see if they could help. We did. He worked with a Tec & had us on our way in 15 min. I strongly recommend this team & will be back when needed as I’m down here. From MI
