Wow!! Everything from the world class waiting room, this place is top notch. Daniel who works the desk was wearing pressed slacks and a button down dress shirt, on a Saturday. They take this job very serious and are a cut above. I was given a ride home, and they literally drove my truck home after being worked on - and gave me a pack of cookies as a thank you! Who does that?! I was even called when they were working on my truck to say the bill would be higher than expected...by almost $15. Haha really!, most car places don’t mind charging hundreds over and never tell you. I’d recommend Honest One to ANYONE around. I’ll be taking all 3 of our vehicles here exclusively.

I enjoyed it. They told me exactly what was wrong with my car before they did any work they let me know what was about to be done. Also told me what I needed to do and the next course of a few months so my car will be in perfect condition. The experience was wonderful.

Honest1 takes service up a notch. A welcome addition to our home town. I look forward to my next scheduled maintenance!

Their customer service is excellent! I really appreciate their friendliness and competence when explaining about work that needed to be done on my vehicle.

After a great experience with a wheel alignment on my vehicle I brought my wife's Tahoe in for the 90K service. I called "my mechanic," my best friend who also owns a specialty import repair shop in Columbia (Speciality imports on Rosewood drive - from chevy's to maseratis; the owner is a car genius should anybody need work in Columbia, SC) and I spoke with him regarding good prices vs typical prices. I opted to have honest 1 change my transmission fluid as well as the automatic transfer case and did the differential services myself at home. All of the prices quoted to me by Honest 1 were cheaper than what my mechanic told me would be good prices. As always, no pressured upselling and I had a shuttle home and a shuttle pick me back up when my vehicle was ready. I sent a neighbor for some fluid servicing that the Cadillac dealership quoted him $1600 to do - he told me Honest 1 did it for just over 800 bucks. I cannot recommend them enough.

OUTSTANDING! Very pleased with the service and care. Conveniently booked an appointment online long after business hours and had a response early the next morning. Got right in at my scheduled time. Clean, comfortable waiting facility. Friendly staff and owners. Honest with me about what was needed and what was NOT needed. No "stupid" charges like paying them to "look" at it and then paying them to do the work. told me up front what the price would be before proceeding on the work. They are just what they say - "Honest Auto Care." Had a great experience and will certainly be recommending.
