Had a really great experience here. The staff was friendly, helpful, and informative. Though my car news was kind of bad, they really helped me figure out the best plan of action. They also didn't try to sell me on anything extra like other places have. I would highly recommend going here.

I went to get my oil changed...Honest1 was professional, and nice to deal with..they answered all my questions, especially when they found that something was leaking - they were thorough and honest in their assessment. I really appreciated that. They have more than one person who can come in and diagnose what is wrong - that gives me a feeling of safety... I will be back!

I was treated very professionally and they did not take me down a course of fixing a car that they did not feel would be of benefit for me to spend the money. I appreciate that kind of service and honesty many would have taken my money They even let me leave the car for a few days until I had family there to help me get it home I would recommend them

This was my first visit. I stopped by the day before and was quoted a price on a synthetic oil change, and returned the next day to have it completed. I mentioned the price I had been told the day before, and was told that price was too high, and gave me a much lower price. So they did the oil change, and upon completion, they said that after checking, the higher price was actually correct, but since they told me the lower price before they changed the oil, they honored the lower price. They could have easily charged the higher price. The mark of an honest business. They also checked the air filter, brakes, and tread depth on my tires. Upon return to my vehicle, they left a nice surprise gift inside. Do not hesitate to use this business, as there are few today that treat a customer as well as I was.

One of the best experience I have ever had with auto repair center . Daniel is a true gentleman and explains things in a way you can understand . No pressure sales , only what your car needs . I can't express enough , the honesty of this repair center . True old fashion Excellent work and folks , check with Honest - 1 auto if you need car repairs . I was pleasantly surprised at their super low prices .It does not get any better . Also they gave me a ride home and picked me up when my car was ready . My repair did take some time . I want to thank Gregg also , as he drove me home . My car will only go to this repair center .

Quick and honest service, they had a few recommendations for my car which I already knew, but no pressure or upsells. Will definitely see them again for futute maintenance work on my car.

Newly renovated- waiting room is brand new and modern. They offer a shuttle service which is hard to find outside of a dealership and prices are hard to beat here. Just had a 4 wheel alignment done for 65 bucks- 25 dollars cheaper than anywhere else I could find. Absolutely zero pressure and upselling. I will bring my vehicles here for anything not covered by the factory warranties. Side note- they offer free coffee and free Wi-Fi. However unlike most places with free Wi-Fi, this is free high speed Wi-Fi (speedtest clocked it at 50mbps down, 60mbps up) which is fast enough to stream Netflix without any rebuffing issues.
