I’m thrilled that we chose to bring my son’s truck to Honest-1 Auto Care. The communication from Matt and the other technician was exceptional. I also appreciated the detailed report provided, which clearly outlines the services performed on our vehicle. Sam was fantastic. Worked with my warranty company to make sure appropriate charges were covered. Helped me navigate car rental process. Clear in communications and always respectful (never sexist as auto shop staff can be with female clients). An excellent experience. Am glad to have my car back and running as she should!

Came in for an alignment, noticed a broken steering knuckle, told me, fixed it, and gave me one of the best alignments my truck has had. The people there are very knowledgeable and explain things well, and will show you what is wrong with your car rather then just tell you.

Looked at my tire that was going flat right away. Patched it up within the hour! Wonderful service!

I always get great service at the auto repair shop across from Baxter Village. They have a very professional, friendly staff, and always do a very thorough inspection of my car(s). I think they do a great job at a very reasonable price.

This company was very friendly, honest, and did good work. I especially liked the little pack of cookies they left me when they were done. It shows they wanted to do something extra to show they appreciate their customers.
