I took my car there to remove a broken bolt head off. I found all the drilled out shavings (chips) in my #1 spark plug hole. Luckily my spark plug socket was magnetic and I was able to tell this was the issue. Also was able to get out all the shavings without them getting in the cylinder. The management was indifferent at best. Made no attempt to assure me that anything more than “training” was was the fix. The management wasn’t going to do any more. Secondary checks, refunds, nothing They assured me they take repair of a customer car as it it were their own. Use at your own risk.

Yes I would definitely recommend this place, I brought my car in because it was making a lot of noise while I was driving it, after bringing it here for an evaluation I found out there was a lot of things wrong with my car 😂 including a very loose wheel bearing or however it’s spelled. Anyways in simpler terms my wheel was literally about to fall off my car. And I was so worried because I had to pick up my kids from school. They were going to offer me a loaner car to go pick them up and I can really appreciate that. I was able to get a ride and have my car towed but it meant a-lot to me they would offer a car to pickup my kids. So customer service here is amazing! Also they sent a link where I could see everything that was wrong with my car and they also gave me estimates and what’s the best options on what to do with the car.

Good customer service

We got a screw in our tire while traveling home to Philadelphia. After getting off at the next exit, we stumbled on H1 auto. Jonathan was very welcoming and help greatly with our situation. He was able to get us in right away and patch the tire. Great service and a pack of “thank you “ Oreo’s were left on the dash!!!
