My GL450 4MATIC had issues with the Cup warmer/cooler, front cigarette lighter, rear cigarette lighter, and glove box light out. I made it clear if they could not save me money vs what Mercedes would do, then we should shake hands and not do business. Honest-1 took care of the issues in short order and did not hit me over the head with charges. I will be returning to them for other services needed on both the GL450 and E350 4MATIC. Radiator replacement

After getting text message of my booking confirmation, I was so shocked at not booked my schedule for oil. I could not help booking again there. That was terrible wast of time.

Honest -1 did a great job aligning and balancing my tires. Though this is my first experience with them, I know a lot about the automotive industry and they were very professional and the price was even better!! I will be retiring to them in the future.
