When I got there, the desk person went out to the wrong car to get the Vin etc then came back in to tell me that my car wasn't the model I said it was....the car he looked at wasn't mine. 45 minutes after my appointment time, I asked about when they were going to start work on my car. 2 minutes after I asked they took it in a bay. It was scheduled for brake pads and rotors. The car was in the bay for 7 minutes and driven back out. 10 mins later I was told I needed brakes and rotors but can't do today. Wth. First time there, last time there.

Absolute ripoff. Would not recommend. Brought the car for a diagnostic check. They said I needed plugs and coils. $790. Brought car home and same day the check engine came on again. Took it back and they said there was another issue. They wanted $600 plus labor for a part that I bought at Autozone for $150 and installed myself in 3 minutes.

Was driving back home and had brake issues and they got us in very quickly and back on the road in no time
