When I made an appointment, Jennifer said it would take approximately an hour for a tire rotation and oil change, and she was correct. A $10 coupon was discounted from my quoted total, so that was a nice surprise. I was met with a note of thanks attached to a package of cookies when I got back into my car. Such a sweet gesture. I had to return the following day to have someone shut off the low tire pressure light and I was helped quickly. Everybody who assisted me was friendly and fast.
