Honest 1 Auto Care was so helpful to me in an emergency situation. My Ford Ranger died in a shopping market parking lot. Thought it was the battery but it turned out to be the alternator. I called the Ford dealership in Fort Mill and could not speak with anyone but a recording. I left a message and two hours later I still did not receive a call or email back as they promised. I started looking on my phone for auto repair shops in the area and of the four I looked at only Honest 1 had high ratings in their reviews. I called them and they told me to bring it in and they would get it done as quickly as possible. I explained my situation and they hooked me up with Coleman Towing. The tow truck picked the truck up in less than an hour. This all happened on a Tuesday, and I had my Truck repaired and back to me on Thursday. Honest 1 will be where I will take my auto from now on. ***** Five stars from me for this business Mike

Really disappointed with some terrible service after they made several major mistakes changing our brakes and rotors and flushing the line (pretty routine stuff). We had to fight so hard to get them to finally admit they made mistakes and then fix them. Never going here again...
