After rating my experience five stars. Giving them two this time. Tooking my car in to have a/c blower replaced and recharge .Also to check a knock on front driver side when asphalt is rough. Received a call blower fixed. Couldn’t recharge a/c due to a leak that’s maybe the evaporator core. Something that there shop can’t repair. But dye was inserted. Drives side knock. No follow up about the knock on Driver side .On my paper work after picking up my car up at closing. Blower replaced, inserted dye due to leak, evaporator needs replaced . On my paper work Customer requested not have replaced. Not true. On my paperwork. It said the customer complained about knock on the Passenger side. Not True. Driver side.To top it off. No follow up(knock).Shop. The information listed under. Vin# needs to be accurate.

Honest-1 is a great auto care shop with friendly competent staff with a straightforward approach who will take time to explain the fixes required versus ones that can be deferred. They also have a comfortable waiting room with WiFi and refreshments if you need to work while waiting. I highly recommend.
