I was very pleased to use this business for the first time. Staff was very professional and explained all details due to car maintenance needed. We will be using this business for our car care needs.

I did not want to even give this place a star. The worst experience I have ever encountered at any business! I work 9am-6pm and dropped my car off at 1pm during lunch where the receptionist agreed that I would receive a call once service was completed, and to inform me that the keys would be left in a compartment in my car. She never called at all. Never even to remind me that I hadn’t paid and to take my payment over the phone. When I got off I and realized nothing has been paid my keys were nowhere to be found. New to the city I had to buy a room for the night all because of their lack of communication. Not to mention a VERY UNPROFESSIONAL manager. Lucky for them I do not remember their names. Will never recommend and will be reporting them to the BBB.

Always appreciate the wonderful service from the team at Honest 1. The waiting room they provide is nice but adding a bench outside the front window would be superb.

The service was prompt and great. After doing a scan of the vehicle I was impressed that they did not try to recommend /upsell anything that I do not need. Very honest group of professionals. Finally found a place that I can take my vehicle worry- free.
