Brought my Scion FR-S in for a quote at 12 o’clock after setting up an appointment the day before. (They said they were busy with no vehicles there) Mechanics could never figure out the problem after holding my car for over 3 hours. I Would not recommend to bring your car to get worked on here. I have had 110 people view this post and I’d like to say the owner tried to explain why they were in the right (below) but why even schedule me and take time off that day if you couldn’t even put it on the lift until the weekend? The owner is either confused or just unprofessional and just wants money. Would give 0 stars.

Levi, As discussed we were still looking at your vehicle when you called & needed to go to work so you took your vehicle. We do not rush diagnostic nor guess when there is a suspension noise or issue. We offered for you to bring back your vehicle Saturday or next week but you declined. We also did not charge you for the 2 hours of diagnostic that we performed. Our services come standard with a 3 year, 36,000 mile nationwide warranty and free roadside assistance. We stand behind all repairs. We also were very professional with our communication with you and stressed that we don't want to rush this diagnostics. Brought my Suburban in for some interior work and replace the ac module control. They did a great job for a good price. They also got it done very quickly.

Very accommodating and fast at the Fort Mill location. Had no appointments available but we were able to drop it off at the start of they day and had my oil change done in less than 2 hours. Even gave some recommendations of what I should have done soon. Will definitely be taking it back to get those worked on.

Dropped my car off at 8am with a flashing check engine light. Everything was repaired and the car was ready at 1pm. On a Saturday! Jonathan was amazing to work with and transparent every step of the way. THIS is how a business is run. Fast, efficient, and HONEST.

I had a flashing engine light and brought my car to them at 8am. By 1p, everything was fixed and past maintenance issues were addressed. I will not use anyone else from now on. They were fast, efficient, and most importantly HONEST. This what I look for in any car maintenance and they exceeded my expectations. Cannot recommend them enough.
