I'm new to the area, had passed the shop a few times. I came in with no appointment for an oil change on a Porsche, Chris was friendly and accommodating. I left it with them and the job was done. I'll be back with other vehicles
I own a 2006 impala SS. The issue I was having with this was it stalled on while I was sitting idle. Traction control sensor flashed on and the throttle sensor. Took it to the shop had a diagnostic on the car and got a code P0601-00. Control module. Took it to Honest-1 in fortmill. Great service they ordered the part came early than they expected. Had my car back the next day. So far it's doing everything it should be doing the right way. Thanks To Honest-1 and their service team. Great Work Guys thanks for everything! I have never been more impressed with an auto repair shop. My husband and I worked for years in the auto industry and this place is above and beyond. Super easy scheduling for starters. I was early for my 9am appointment and they greeted me right away despite a full bay of cars and other guests and took my car and info right away. They let me know the issue and that it was covered under my extended warranty, that I would only owe my deductible in a very timely manner. They needed to get the parts brought in and let me know it could be into the later afternoon that it was ready. I had my aunt pick me up and prepared arrangements for school pick up. By noon he called to let me know it was already ready for pickup. I was so impressed. Pickup and check out was a breeze the tech pulled the car apart in prep for the parts arrival (wheel hubs and bearing on the front end) making installation and reassembly quicker. They pulled the car up even though busy and it was an easy walk letting me know the check engine light was also likely covered and that they could check it out to prevent another deductible payment. Again quick professional and easy. I will recommend this place to everyone I know.
I was advised to come to this location because of a qualified mechanic on staff. Dropped my truck off on a friday to get a call on monday to tell me it was a fire hazzard to continue. While that is not a problem they showed me pictures of wires from my work that i showed the mechanic prior. He told me thanks and walked away. Only to send me pics days later of what i already showed him, telling me they could not proceed. Continued to charge me 180.00 to tell me no and didnt even do anything. The charge was completely unjus.
I’ve been twice and have had a great experience both times. I bring my own oil change supplies and they get it done within the hour for reasonable cost. Will continue to be a happy customer of theirs.

Honest 1 Car Care worked me in so quickly. I was a walk in with car issues and they got me and my car in and taken care of within 30 mins. I’m not going anywhere else. I don’t have time to sit all day waiting for my car to be done. They are truly awesome and honest!
