I had my Mercedes towed to Honest 1 after it wouldn’t crank. They found out it was a fuse and replaced the fuse without charging for the fuse or work. I was only charged for the diagnostic test. I felt they handled the transaction with honesty and integrity.

My breaks were squeeking and I brought my van in. They checked it out and said it's just a little rust and didn't charge me a dime. They are definitely Honest. We will be back. The waiting room is very clean. I even snapped a few pictures of great recipes from one of their magazines. They guy at the desk is very friendly and helpful. Another guy came in and greeted me as well. They have great customer service skills there and treated everyone that came in very well. A great experience. Book a time so you don't have to wait.

I really enjoyed the customer service, an the service manager be nice and polite toward me. The technician Jonathan was polite and nice also.
