I purchased 4 tires and alignment on my 22 Audi. I spent just under 2000 dollars. Chris at the front desk was great. He communicated well and made a great suggestion to put Michelin summer tires on. These are great tires but expensive. When tires arrived, Honest One noticed that one tire came from a production run 2 years earlier and delayed install instead of putting miss-matched set on. I appreciated that. It took a couple of days longer to get my car but I am glad the DOT numbers are closer. Now for the bad. No military discount on tires and batteries but on all other services. Honest One drove the car 30miles while in possession. Is that normal when just replacing tires? Replaced my chrome aftermarket valve stem caps with the standard black plastic ones. No tire rotation included with purchase. At the total I paid, this should be included. It might would have assured I would return as well. Missed sales opportunity for being cheap. Generally speaking a good experience.

Matt was great and the 🚗 is running great after changing the battery and replacing the radiator. Would definitely recommend for auto repairs.

I was in desperate need of a honest assessment of a problem with my GMC Acadia.where I took on a problem of a starter that should have been simple..well that didn't go over so well .my friend actually started pulling on wires and set my alarm off and the immobilizer activated..long story short I was told I needed new ECU which is 2000$ by another service..nobody in my area had the skills to do what honest 1 automotive did for me..they came recommend by the Goodyear shop in lake Wylie. SC .they straightened out the electrical issue without having to install new ECU.as well as program a new key.and installed a brand new starter.at a fair price..i look forward to having my tune up and front end work done by them in the future Thank you Chris and your service team
