The customer service is awesome! From the greeting when you walk in and the thank you for your business when you’re leaving, is appreciated. I am normally a dealership only client but Honest won me over with the knowledge, professionalism, price and guarantee of their work. I enjoy the new technology they utilize which helps maintain my maintenance records.

The people at Honest-1 were all courteous and professional. We were not local and had a major safety problem, which was addressed immediately. They assured that we knew exactly the problem (which I already did), and the issues associated with the repair. Even though the vehicle was older and parts were not available, they found replacements and fabricated new brake line. The work required patience and time and they never showed frustration, keeping on task all day. They did a safety road test before allowing me to drive and waited for me to be fully assured. When settling the bill, I had the nice surprise of a Veteran's discount! Good work, good people.

The best service I've found anywhere.

Very friendly, not pushy at all. Had oil change and tires rotated. I liked how they document the visit and sent me a text or report of what was checked along with pics of any concerns. Will go back.
