Great service , insuperable service Thank you!!!!

This was my first visit to Honest-1 and you've won me as a customer. I brought my vehicle in for one problem. Before completing the repair, your techs found another issue - which wasn't a surprise for the age of my vehicle. They contacted me about the problem and the adjusted cost for all the repairs BEFORE completing the original, approved repairs. I found this to be very professional, as many mechanics would have completed the original repair and still charged for that work. When I expressed my decision to not complete the repairs, the employees were very understanding. When they heard I'd be looking for a new car to replace this one, they made sure to advise me to bring a used vehicle to them for an inspection prior to purchasing so I could be aware of any obvious issues before owning it - something I found reassuring as well. I was very pleased with the service I was given and will be sure to use Honest-1 in the future.

Love this shop! I went in for an oil change. Greg greeted me and took my information. My car was taken right in as I had made an appointment ahead of time. After the oil change was completed he let me know other things that my car needed but did not try to push any services or repairs. The recommended services were things that I know my car needed, nothing shady here. The waiting area is comfortable and clean with complimentary coffee, water and WIFI. My car was returned with a lovely clean scent inside and a small pack of Oreo cookies as a "thank you" for using their service. I will use them again. The level of customer service was excellent!

Took my car in for a repair. After being quoted for the repair, they called later to advise me of a more-serious problem with the vehicle and the costs associated with that repair. This call was before they completed the original issue, saving me the original repair costs. They understood completely and gave me guidance on purchasing a new car.

Honest in the name is misleading because I had to haggle for the price on the phone prior to the service. After the service was complete the price increases and my Costco referral membership discount was never applied.

Just like the name and I'm highly satisfied. My 2016 Nissan Altima was struggling to accelerate and when another shop told me it would take all day to look at it, I called Honest-1. They looked at it right away and didn't want to waste my money on diagnostic fees explaining to me it was my transmission. They explained Nissan's CVT problems and recommended I go up the street to Nissan. My warranty was up at 60,000 miles and I was at 65,000. They sent information with me and said to call them if Nissan needed anything. Nissan gave me a new Altima to drive and after they ran a diagnostic it was the transmission. They are doing a new transmission for free while I keep the car to drive. Honest-1 saved me on fees and got me a new transmission for free. Thanks Alot, I will be back.

My first time visiting and I can say that the service was exceptional! Hands down,the best auto shop that I have been to. The place is clean as a whistle, even the restrooms! I had issues with my car shutting off , they worked me right in. They were thorough in locating the issue and finding a solution. My lil toot toot is back to normal. Better than what is was when I bought the car. Shout out to Austin for going the extra mile to make sure I understood everything that was wrong with my car. Very Friendly and passionate people. I would definitely return!

The Cadillac was serviced and the air conditioning was working when we left the site. A very clean and friendly service facility. We will return.

Austin at Honest 1 took great care of us over the 3 days that our work truck was in their shop. He communicated well all that was needed and what we could expect. Even though we needed a lot of work done (and in a relatively short period of time) the guys at Honest 1 treated us really well! Thank you!
