Many local repair shops would not take on the task of replacing timing chains an gear sets for our car. Greg and his team went above and beyond and the service both to the vehicle and our family was fantastic.

This place was amazing!! I am 33 yo female and not that all places are bad: but personally I’ve had bad experiences being charged for things I did not need over the years. The basic service you will get here is HONESTY! HOwever this place has that WOW factor. Greg was amazing, as well as the entire team! They have free roadside assistance for a year!!! With an oil change!!! (If you spend $25) for any service. On TOP of that the warranty on their parts (any part they put in your car) is amazing!!! After just being blown away by the service and the details they gave me on my car (I got an oil change and replaced 2 filters) they gave me details that they did not have too! These people are the real deal! Then the icing on the cake was when I got in my car they had left me a treat with a THANK YOU for my service note. I felt like a Queen y’all. I’m telling you this is the place to go. Relocated from NY 1.5 years ago and I feel like God blessed me finding this place!!! You will not be disappointed!! Thank you again honest 1. My daughter and I leave for NY in a week and I feel so confident in our ride 👩🏻👧🏽 2 extremely happy ladies!! Thank you!!!

Came in for an oil change and tire rotation. Extremely friendly staff, which made this my best oil change experience ever. Could not more highly recommend.

On first experience, was highly positive. .. Austin (guy I talked to, on phone) was very helpful ... Turned out my Chrysler 200 AWD V6 just needed a good alignment. Gave car back to me, and car goes arrow straight - Tech really nailed it! When I walked in it was nice to have a person at the desk who I immediately knew REALLY knows cars ... I was talking to her (Brittany) about camber, and alignment, and she had definite knowledge of possible problems, that happen. .. That's a real good feeling, at a shop ... Because I've experienced the opposite. Haven't had anything big done, there, yet ... but the place made a good first impression :)

Extremely nice staff. I got an estimate beforehand, and that's the process I was charged. They didn't try to sell me anything I didn't need. I had a power steering leak, and got quoted from all around. Honest-1 was the cheapest. Definitely recommend.

Can’t thank them enough for bringing my 68 Corvette back to life !! This was over a 6 week time frame and the way the team communicated and advised me on repairs not only saved me money, they gave me a course of action to complete my restoration. Super friendly and outstanding customer service .

Originally got my brakes and tires replaced at this shop. They screwed something up and brakes started loudly squeaking. Took it back in and they fixed that, about two weeks later theres a scraping noise coming from the front left tire whenever I apply the brakes. Finally have time to come back in and they tell me its somehow a suspension issue and I have to get my tie rods replaced? Made absolutely no sense as the noise occurs when I apply my brakes every time the wheel makes a rotation. Still makes the noise and I'm gonna have to find someone else to fix it. They couldn't help me with a nail in my tire either. Credit where credit is due, these guys have excellent customer service, but their quality of service in my experience has been some of the worst I have encountered. Wont be back. Hope others have better luck.
