Daniel, Greg and the entire team are absolutely exceptional! From the front lobby, couches and coffee bar that make you feel like you’re in your own living room, to the top notch customer service and follow up, the entire experience is A+. In full transparency, we have always had nothing but flawless experiences there...until we ran into an undetectable electrical problem with one of our vehicles. Long story short, Greg and his team “handled me” VERY professionally, as the amount of back & forths, and expense, had me frazzled. I’ll spare the details (as I’m not sure it was fair for me, or anyone else) but they went OVER THE TOP to have me come out a winner on the vehicle. I can’t imagine going anywhere else after that experience. They have our families business for life.

I thought they did an amazing job with my BMW. First, I got a detailed report of their findings, what they checked and found to be in order and what they suggested I fix. They could have easily pointed out issues that were none but they didn't and kept repairs to what was necessary. Will definitely go back in the future.

Spectacular customer service, professional, and prompt! Daniel called me with regular updates and thoroughly explained everything being done. There was a cookie and a thank you note in my car when I picked it up. THAT is customer service.

Excellent service!!! Super professional and friendly. Made an appointment and needed to change and without question they were able to accomodate. Everything was explained to me prior to and work being done, so there were no surprises. These guys are very passionate about what they do and understand customer service. It was so nice to see the attention to detail in their work, positive attitude and knowledge about cars. I would HIGHLY recommend this shop. There guys sincerely want to help, not just make money. I'm so glad I now have a go to shop for all my car repair needs and a place that I can trust! Thank you all so much!

Accurate inspection, affordable pricing, and nice staff.

Thank you for the wonderful service provided. Very considerate of my time and worked me into the schedule for today. Austin made recommendations however, it was more to make me aware of what will be needed later down the road, not immediately. They were not pushy for sales. I am glad to have found a place to trust with my auto needs. I will definitely be back in the near future.

Felt real quickly that I was getting a fair shake. They only suggested work that needed to get done. Looks like I will be returning when needed.

Edit: based on second experience: They charged me over $600 to replace a part I later learned is worth $25. Shouldn't have got my hopes up. Took my car here because of the positive reviews on Google, and I was NOT disappointed. The car needed an oil change and work on the brakes. I planned to have Honest-1 do the oil change and only get an estimate on the brake repars. I got a positive feeling about this company from the moment I walked in the door. They greeted me by name when I walked in, having never even met me, and that was nice. They examined the brakes quickly, while I was still there, and told me their recomendation. I aksed some questions, and even went into the garage to visually inspect what they were telling me, and it all seemed legitimate. They gave me a breakdown of costs for different options, and ultimately I aksed them to go ahead and repair the brakes as well. I had to leave the car for few hours and they gave me a ride home in their courtesy shuttle right away - didn't have to wait. The young man who drove me was very professional and we had a good discussion on during the ride. The repairs were done in a few hours, and they came immediately and picked me up in the shuttle and brought me back to Honest-1. I never felt like they were trying to talk me into spending more money. I felt everything they told me the care needed was accurate. And the repairs made good improvements to the car. I will definitely use them again and recommend them to others in search of an honest repair shop that does quality work.

Danial and Austin came to my rescue when my battery died after the snow this week. He did not charge me for the service. I went to their shop later that afternoon to set up an appointment to have my battery checked. They worked me in and found a bad cell. They ordered a battery and had it installed within a couple of hours. Thanks to them for their great customer services. Wayne
