My husband and I have never been able to find a place we trust before now! We love Honest-1 and their name says it all!! When we took my car in for tire repairs, the manager was constantly in contact with us to let us make the decisions along the way!! And I love that they don’t make you feel rushed in your repairs. They break it down to let you know what is more important so I can plan for what needs to be done!! Honest-1 is the only place I will take my vehicles from now on! Great job guys!!

I trued Honest-1 Auto care for the first time. I made an appointment for an oil and filter change and tire rotation. I brought my car in and went to have lunch while it was being serviced. The service was quick and there were no "surprises" of finding "problems" with the car, as I've had at other shops. I'll use them again.

This is a reliable and professional auto service and repair business. Nice, clean and modern facility. Competent and knowledgeable people.

Best place around for car care. I have used them for everything from the routine oil change to more complex engine issues. Always find professional staff, who communicate clearly and provide detailed explanations of the issues needing addressing. I drive from south Charlotte (passing numerous other auto care places) just to get to this location. Absolutely worth a few extra minutes. Nice seating area, good wifi and a Chick-Fil-A almost on the parking lot!

The store manager was very nice and helpful. He was willing to match the prices I got from other auto shops and save my time to bring my car to other places.

Service manager provided a very detailed and accurate explanation of work performed. Very satisfied with work done. Very fair pricing and vehicle was ready as promised. 5 stars.

Excellent service!!! Super professional and friendly. Made and appointment and needed to change and without question they were able to accomodate. Everything was explained to me prior to and work being done, so there were no surprises. These guys are very passionate about what they do and understand customer service. It was so nice to see the attention to detail in their work, positive attitude and knowledge about cars. I would HIGHLY recommend this shop. There guys sincerely want to help, not just make money. Wonderful experience, today. Best customer service, ever! Daniel was excellent and helpful on the phone, explained everything. Than we were amazed by Austin, who took us home and picked us up when the vehicle was ready. Austin is a GREAT asset to this company, his customers service skills are unbelievable, well spoken, kind and loves his work. Daniel was a great help. Walked me through everything that my car had issues with. Didn't push anything on me and let me know what I need to keep an eye on. Plus i got a cookie. So that's awesome.
